- Setup begins Saturday at 7 am, and all vehicles MUST be off the field by 8 am
- Early table & tent set-up begins Friday at noon with the completed application and signed waiver
- With the exception of early registration/payment, booth spaces are assigned by the Chamber office in the order applications are received
- Vendors must bring tables, chairs & display racks
- Tables may be rented at checkout from the Chamber for a donation of $15.00 each
- Vendors are responsible for leaving grounds in the condition in which they were found
- You are urged to bring a canopy or umbrella to provide shade
